Beautiful Day

Sorry everyone for being so lax in posting lately. I have been sooooo busy. I know thats no excuse, everyone is busy but that is the reason I haven't posted anything. I got some new cartridges in and really want to get busy using them so I plan on spending tomorrow in my room making some Christmas cards. Will post as soon as I get them made. I have some pictures to post too-------my daughter bought me this cute leopard print hat and my youngest daughter made me this beautiful pink blanket.......I want everyone to see.  Have a great day! Good afternoon

Ok, so I didn't get to post as much as I thought I would this past weekend. Spent the time with my daughter shopping and redecorating my house. I did the banner blog hop though and got some great ideas for the holidays. There were some beautiful banners. Hopefully I will be able to make one or two over the next few weeks. Well this started out completely different. Didn't like the first card so started over. Had a block just couldn't get over so this simple card is what I finally came up with.

It is so cold today. The sun is out and its a beautiful day but very cold. I will be working in my room alot this weekend so I will have some new stuff to post. Hope everyone has a great weekend. See ya soon.

FALL CARD

I made this card while waiting for my daughter to get home from work so we could go out of town yet again for another weekend. You would think once they were grown I would have more time for myself.  Not the case, but I love it. I'm so glad my kids still like to spend time with me, I know I love being with them. I think I'm going to give this card to my grandmother. She is in a home and I know she will enjoy it. Have a great weekend.
